We are a factory and welcome to visit us at any time.It takes 1 hour if from LINYI Airport ,and takes about 30minutes if from LINYI train station.We can pick you up if you inform us in advance.

Are your products safe for kids?
Yes,we use food grade environmental materials imported in USA and our products passed the Test of EN71-1,-2,-3.

What's your payment term?
T/T,L/C,Western Union ,PayPal is available. Usuallly, pre-paid 30% deposit for production then the balance paid against the BL copy.

What's the method and time of transportation?
By express about 3-5 days,by ship about 20-40days,by air about 3 days.

Which port do you export?
Qingdao port is recommended strongly as it is closest to us, but other port such as Shanghai is also available.

What's your delivery time?
It depends on your order quantity and products. But normally, our production time is 10 to 15 working days after the deposit.

May i know the production state of my order?
Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order in time if you need.
