High Resilient Irradiation Cross-Linked Polyethylene IXPE Foam Sheet

IXPE (Irradiation Cross Linked Polystyrene) foam is physically crosslinked through the E-Beam process, which does have some significant advantages. Electron beam crosslinking is a physical process that does not require chemical crosslinking agents, thus avoiding the use of irritating chemicals. This not only makes the production process more environmentally friendly, but also produces more pure foam materials, reducing possible chemical residues. In addition, electron beam crosslinking can improve the heat resistance, mechanical strength and chemical resistance of foam, making it perform well in various applications.

SPC auxiliary material: IXPE

IXPE, also known as electronic cross-linked polyethylene foam material, is based on LDPE or modified LDPE resin. Through electronic cross-linking processing technology, the high-energy electron beam generated by the electron accelerator is used to change the LDPE molecular structure to form a tight three-dimensional network structure. Finally, it is foamed to 3-38 times at high temperature to form a closed-cell foam material with a wide range of multiples and a wide range of applications.

Performance characteristics——————Description of relevant characteristics applied to the floor field

1. Strong compression resistance: high compression strength, even long-term heavy pressure will not cause the floor to sag and deform;

2. Thermal insulation: low thermal conductivity, can block heat or cold air from dissipating through the ground, effectively reduce the use rate of air conditioning and heating, save electricity and energy;

3. Sound insulation and shock absorption: sound insulation and noise reduction, enhance the privacy of the room, block the noise from going up and down the stairs or next door, and reduce the footsteps of people walking;
